LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH GRANT APPLICATION
Scanned copy of the application on business letterhead reflecting business address, registration of business with relevant department and business NTN number (applicable to all categories).
Copy of CNICs of Applicant/s (upload front and back in a single pdf file).
Attach Martic/SSC Certificate(Mandatory).
Colored passport size photo.
Copy of Domicile or any other proof that the applicant is domiciled in Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Abbottabad or Mingora.
Registration with Chamber/Cluster Association and/or SECP (whichever is applicable to all categories)
a. In case of a partnership firm, a partnership deed duly registered with registrar of firms
b. In case of company, Certificate of Incorporation with Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP);
or in the absence of (a) and (b)
c. Registration/membership of Chambers/Cluster Association
Registration with the relevant government departments (e.g., Sales Tax, Income Tax, Industries Department, EOBI, SECP, etc.).
Valid business bank account reflected in the FBR database (Applicable to all categories).
Evidence of commercial utility connections at the business site.
A nomination may be submitted by the cluster/group. The nomination of the group leader and co-signatory will be communicated to the project through a document signed by all members on stamped paper. (Specimen of undertaking given in relevant application form).
A business plan that demonstrates the project's sustainability, includes detailed cost estimates, and outlines the implementation plan with clearly defined milestones. A dedicated section has been provided in the application form for the business plan. Attach business plan in same formate.
Procurement Plan. A dedicated section has been provided in the application form for the procurement plan. Attach procurement plan in same formate.
Three quotations from a registered vendor to for procuring goods, machinery & equipment. These should be written quotations using available means. These quotations should be from suppliers who have a National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Number, provided on the supplier’s official business letterhead
Rent agreement in case of rented business premises, Or a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner of the company/organization where the business will be established.
List along with photo evidence of existing machinery/equipment and all assets.
List of existing/potential employees along with their CNIC numbers and contract details.
eCIB report from the applicant / each applicant’s bank.
Financial record and book keeping of goods and services for last 3 years.
Any other requirements that the project may require.
